Over the past decade, I've led complex programs that blend operations, compliance, and people leadership - building systems that help organizations deliver results.
I'm one of the few leaders to have build and run a national large scale QC program - overseeing the verification of over 3 million voter registration forms, managing 200 staff teams, and launching QC programs across 12 key states. I've been trusted with multi mullion dollar contract and national roles, and am known for clear communication, transparency, and uncompromising quality, even under pressure.
My leadership is mission aligned and values driven. As a brown woman, first-generation college graduate, Sikh, and organizer at my roots, I've centered equity and inclusion in every facet of my work - building systems that protect communities of color while maintaining the highest data integrity. I believe that treating staff well is a key strategy for quality. I prioritize fair working conditions, strong investment, and a healthy team culture because sustainable teams produce consistent outcomes. After serving 90+ VR partners across the country, I'm stepping in to lead my own organization - bringing proven infrastructure and community-rooted leadership to the work.
